Jobs247Alert uses a small set of browser functions for site operation and optional visitor tools. The technologies used depend on what you enable and on any advertising or analytics services configured by the site administrator.
Necessary site and WordPress functions
WordPress can use cookies for administrator sessions, authentication, interface preferences and security. Your browser and the hosting provider also exchange ordinary technical information required to deliver the site. These are separate from optional advertising cookies.
Local storage: saved notices
If you bookmark an article or track an application stage, the saved-notices feature keeps that information in your own browser using local storage. You may remove saved items in the tool or clear your browser’s site data. The information is not automatically transferred to a Jobs247Alert user account.
Local storage and notifications
If you choose alert preferences, they may be saved on your device. When you actively enable browser push notifications, a subscription endpoint and keys are stored by the server for notification delivery. You can unsubscribe through Get Job Alerts or your browser notification settings. Browser service workers may help deliver the notifications that you requested.
Advertising cookies and consent
If advertising is enabled, Google and other configured third-party vendors may use cookies to display relevant ads and measure advertising services. Google advertising cookies may reflect visits to this and other sites; the Google ad controls and AboutAds explain available choices. Visitors in certain regions may need a consent message supplied by a certified consent management platform. This policy does not itself collect consent.
Control and questions
You can clear browser cookies and local storage through your browser’s site-data controls. Blocking required storage can affect some features. For questions about the information stored by the website, see the Privacy Policy or contact us.
